Who We Are

Welcome to The Dugout—Lebanon, Tennessee’s premier baseball training and development facility and the proud home of Dirtbags MidSouth. Built from over a decade of experience in travel baseball, both as coaches and parents, The Dugout exists to raise the standard of what player development should look like. Here, athletes are given more than just practice time—they’re given the knowledge, structure, and environment to train with purpose, build confidence, and develop real, lasting skills. Our 10,000-square-foot (and growing) facility is designed to support athletes who want more from the game and families who expect more from their investment.
